Affiliate Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Oracle Algo Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, the affiliate ("you", the "Partner") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the entirety of the terms below. Oracle Algo reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; any change takes effect upon publication and applies to commissions generated from that date onward.

2. Compensation Methods

The Program offers two distinct and mutually exclusive compensation methods. Each affiliate must choose one of the two methods; they cannot be combined for the same promotional activity.

Method A — Sales Commission (30%)

  • The Partner earns a 30% commission on every sale generated through their affiliate link or code.
  • Tracking, calculation, and payout of the commission are fully automated through Whop, which handles sales tracking and pays the commission to the Partner according to Whop's own payout cycles.
  • No manual steps are required from the Partner: commissions accrue and are paid out directly through the platform.

Method B — Per-View Payout ($1,500 / million views)

  • The Partner earns $1,500 for every one million views generated by promotional content they produce (videos, posts, etc.) featuring Oracle Algo.
  • This method is handled manually, outside of Whop.
  • Payment is made at the Partner's choice, via PayPal or cryptocurrency.
  • To receive payment, the Partner must submit a request through a ticket on the official Oracle Algo Discord server: https://discord.gg/MekBmyPpt2. The ticket must include proof of the views obtained (analytics/statistics from the relevant platform) and the desired payment details.
  • Oracle Algo reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the declared views before any payout, and to refuse payment for views deemed non-organic (bots, purchased views, artificial engagement, etc.).

Choosing a Method

The Partner indicates their chosen method upon joining the Program (or, at the latest, before submitting their first payment request). Switching methods mid-campaign is not permitted; an affiliate wishing to change methods must notify Oracle Algo via a Discord ticket, and the change will apply to future activity only.

3. Golden Rule: No Brand Bidding

One rule matters more than all the others: never bid on our brand.

Zero Tolerance

Paid search traffic detected on Oracle Algo brand terms is identified automatically on the first click. This results in:

  • immediate termination of affiliate status,
  • forfeiture of all unpaid commissions,
  • no warning, no appeal window, no exceptions.

Instant Ban

  • Bidding on "Oracle Algo", "OracleAlgo", misspellings, or any brand variation in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid search network.
  • Using oraclealgo.ai / oraclealgo.io (or any official domain) as the display or destination URL in any ad.
  • Sending paid search traffic through your affiliate link (gclid, msclkid, or utm_medium=cpc will be detected automatically).
  • Trademark or brand terms in ad copy, headlines, or sitelinks.
  • Coupon, discount, or "official site" style ads using the brand name.

Encouraged

  • Content, reviews, tutorials, and organic social posts.
  • Your own email list and community.
  • Paid ads on non-brand keywords (e.g. "trading indicator") that land on your own page first.
  • YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram promotion.

Required Negative Keywords

If you run non-brand search ads, you must add the following as negative keywords in every campaign: oraclealgo, oracle algo, oraclealgo.ai, oraclealgo.io, oracle algo indicator, oracle algo review. By promoting Oracle Algo, you agree to these terms.

4. Payment Request Procedure (Method B)

  1. Gather proof of views (screenshot of the relevant platform's analytics, public link if available).
  2. Open a ticket on the official Discord: https://discord.gg/MekBmyPpt2.
  3. In the ticket, specify: the declared view count, the platform(s) involved, the preferred payment method (PayPal or crypto), and the corresponding payment details.
  4. The Oracle Algo team reviews the submitted information and processes payment once the request is approved.

5. Term, Termination, and Liability

  • Affiliate status may be terminated by Oracle Algo at any time, including for non-compliance with this policy, with no notice required in the event of a brand-bidding violation.
  • Oracle Algo reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any affiliate account deemed fraudulent, misleading, or damaging to the brand's image.
  • The Partner is solely responsible for the content they publish and agrees to comply with all applicable laws (advertising, consumer protection, taxation) in their jurisdiction.
  • Any commissions or payouts owed remain subject to verification by Oracle Algo prior to payment.

6. Acceptance

Promoting Oracle Algo, generating a sale through an affiliate link, or submitting a payment request under Method B constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
