This Privacy Policy explains how Oracle Algo ("Oracle Algo", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website (the "Site"), purchase or use our trading indicator/algorithm and related tools (the "Product"), or otherwise interact with our Services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, username, and any information you submit when creating an account, contacting support, or opening a ticket on our Discord server.
  • Purchase information: subscription plan selected, order details, and communications related to your purchase. Full payment card details and cryptocurrency wallet details are not collected or stored by Oracle Algo directly — they are handled by Whop (see Section 3).
  • Support communications: messages, tickets, or other content you send us via Discord, email, or the Site's contact/support channels.
  • Affiliate information (if applicable): payment details you provide (PayPal email or crypto wallet address) when submitting a payment request under the Affiliate Program.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and general interaction data, collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
  • Technical data: IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), and log data collected automatically when you access the Site.

c) Information from third parties

  • Shopify: as our website/e-commerce host, Shopify may collect and process certain data on our behalf (e.g., order records, basic analytics, cookies) in accordance with its own privacy practices.
  • Whop: as our payment processor, Whop collects and processes payment and billing information necessary to complete your purchase and manage your subscription.
  • Discord: if you contact us or request an affiliate payout via our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy governs the data associated with your Discord account and messages sent on that platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including granting and managing access to the Product;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and (where applicable) refunds;
  • process affiliate commission and payout requests;
  • respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account or orders;
  • send you service-related communications (e.g., billing notices, updates to these policies) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications;
  • monitor, maintain, and improve the Services, including troubleshooting and analytics;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service (including affiliate brand-bidding violations);
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
    • Shopify (website hosting and e-commerce infrastructure),
    • Whop (payment processing, subscription management, and payouts),
    • Discord (support and affiliate payout requests),
    • other providers supporting hosting, analytics, or customer communication.
    These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.
  • Legal compliance: where required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Oracle Algo, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

The Services are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
