    This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled for purchases made through Oracle Algo (the "Product", the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    1. Nature of the Product

    Oracle Algo sells access to a digital product, a proprietary trading indicator/algorithm and related tools delivered electronically. Because access is granted instantly upon purchase and the underlying intellectual property is disclosed to the user upon activation, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.

    2. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (Before Activation or Download Only)

    We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee, available only if the indicator has never been connected to or activated on a TradingView account, and the NinjaTrader file has not been downloaded. This guarantee allows you to request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided neither condition has occurred.

    3. No Refunds After Access Is Activated

    • Once the indicator has been connected to a TradingView account, the 30-day risk-free guarantee in Section 2 no longer applies, and no refund will be issued, regardless of whether you actively used the Product, agreed with the signals generated, or achieved the trading results you expected.
    • Oracle Algo does not offer refunds based on trading losses, dissatisfaction with signal performance, or a change of mind, as trading outcomes depend on market conditions and individual decisions outside our control (see our Terms of Service, Section 3  Risk Disclosure).

    4. Other Exceptions, When a Refund May Be Considered

    Independently of the guarantee in Section 2, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following limited circumstances:

    • Duplicate charge: you were accidentally billed more than once for the same subscription period.
    • Technical failure on our end: you were charged but never received access to the Product due to a verified technical issue attributable to Oracle Algo, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
    • Unauthorized transaction: the purchase is confirmed to be the result of fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method, subject to verification.

    Refund requests under this section must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by opening a ticket on our Discord server. Requests submitted after this period, or for reasons not listed above, will not be considered.

    5. Subscription Cancellations

    • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account/dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period, you will retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
    • It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed.

    6. Chargebacks

    Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your access and suspension from future purchases. We encourage you to contact us via Discord or by mail first so we can address any billing concern directly.

    7. How to Request a Refund

    1. Open a ticket on our official Discord server: https://discord.gg/MekBmyPpt2.
    2. Provide your order/transaction details (email used at checkout, date of purchase, and reason for the request).
    3. Our team will review the request against the criteria in Sections 2 and 4 and respond with a decision.
    4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Whop, our payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on Whop and your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

    8. Statutory Rights

    Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence. Where such laws grant you a right to a refund or cooling-off period that cannot be excluded, that right will apply in place of the terms above to the extent required.
